Strawberry Protein Smoothie

 

This is a great smoothie to ramp up your energy and keep the cravings from sneaking up on you. This smoothie combines the three essentials: Protein, Healthy Carbs, Healthy Fat

 

1 c Ice

1 c Frozen Strawberries

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1 tbsp Natural Almond Butter

1/2 c Organic Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 c Water

Honey to sweeten (optional)

 

Blend all ingredients in blender and you're good to go!
